Andrew

My name is Andrew Ducharme, and I’m the co-owner of Snap Load Moving & Delivery. I started this company after hearing the same stories over and over—movers who don’t show up, bad communication, and customers left stressed out. I believed local moving and delivery could be done better, and I wanted to build a service people could actually trust: honest, reliable, and respectful from start to finish.

That mission is personal for me. My mom was legally blind and couldn’t drive, so finding a dependable delivery driver was always a challenge for our family. Snap Load was built to solve those everyday problems by showing up, doing what we say we’ll do, and treating people and their belongings with real care on every move and delivery.

AJ

My name is AJ Clinton, and I’m the co-owner of Snap Load Moving & Delivery. I’m born and raised in Arizona, and my background in customer service shaped how I approach this business. I’m hands-on with daily operations and focused on making sure every customer has a smooth, stress-free experience—from the first call to the final item set down where you want it.

To me, moving should be simple, honest, and efficient. Clear communication and reliability matter just as much as strength and speed, because people deserve to feel confident when they hire a crew to enter their home and handle their stuff. Snap Load reflects my commitment to hard work, respect for your home and belongings, and doing the job right every time.

Mover 1

the heavy

Built like a freight train and friendly like your favorite teammate, he’s the guy you want on the crew when something weighs “nope.” If it’s bulky, awkward, or refuses to fit through the doorway, he brings the muscle (and the calm) to get it done.

the engineer

Always measuring, always planning, always finding the cleanest way through a tight hallway. If there’s a tricky angle, awkward staircase, or “how is this going to fit?” moment, he’s the one who figures it out.
